Audience strategy
Define who should hear from you, who should not and what makes someone eligible for the next message.
Turn customer behavior into precise audiences and coordinated email, push and in-app journeys—from SQL and strategy through HTML, QA, launch and measurement.

The operating idea
A message only works when it reaches the right person at a useful moment. Pipitsend starts with customer behavior, turns it into audience logic and builds the coordinated journey all the way through launch.
Right audience. Right moment. Actually shipped.
What I do
Channel-neutral strategy, channel-specific craft and one senior operator responsible for getting the work live.
Define who should hear from you, who should not and what makes someone eligible for the next message.
Map the customer moments that matter, then choose the trigger, timing, channel and next-best action.
Turn the plan into shippable experiences—with channel-specific craft and configuration.
Configure, QA and measure the customer behavior that matters—not just channel engagement.
How it works
Senior help should remove layers, not add them. The process stays direct, visible and biased toward customer outcomes.
Fast feedback. Clear owner. Less ceremony.
Start with the business goal and the customer behavior that tells us a moment matters.
Turn events, attributes and eligibility rules into a usable segment with clear exclusions.
Map the sequence, choose the channels and build the copy, HTML, configuration and QA.
Connect the journey to activation, conversion or retention—then improve the next version.
Tools + platforms
The platform changes the implementation; the fundamentals stay consistent. I work inside modern lifecycle stacks, connect the audience logic and learn the quirks of yours.
Use cases
Each example starts with an observable signal and ends with a customer behavior the business actually cares about.

Why Pipitsend
Audience strategy, journey design and production stay connected—because the person defining the logic is also responsible for getting the experience live.
The alternative
More people, more handoffs, more meetings—and often slower execution.
The alternative
Great at one slice, but you may still need copy, data, build or strategy elsewhere.
The alternative
A smart investment when the role is truly full-time. Expensive when it isn’t.
The small-studio option
Audience + journey + production + measurement, connected in one senior operator.
One person who can go from behavior to SQL to final render.

About
I’ve spent my career building and optimizing email and lifecycle programs. The strongest work connects customer behavior, audience decisions and channel execution instead of treating them as separate jobs.
A useful journey can require event logic, SQL, segmentation, copy, responsive HTML/CSS, push and in-app configuration, QA and reporting. I like keeping that system connected.
I created Pipitsend so product and growth teams can bring in experienced lifecycle help without hiring a full-time employee or managing several different specialists.
Experienced with technology, finance, publishing, advertising and consumer businesses.
Ways to work together
